TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

 

To qualify as a member, you must spend a minimum of R4,500 on Hermanuspietersfontein wines within any 12-month period. Once the qualifying spend has been reached, membership is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification.

 

To retain membership beyond this period, members must meet the minimum qualifying spend requirement again within the applicable 12-month period.

 

Hermanuspietersfontein reserves the right to terminate or not renew membership where the minimum qualifying spend is not met, or where a member engages in misconduct, abuse or misuse of membership benefits.

 

By joining the Wine Club, members consent to the use of their personal information for membership administration, communication and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
