A memorable trip to Argentina with fellow winemakers ignited a deep curiosity within me. This led me to explore the untamed beauty of Sondagskloof. That journey taught me to challenge convention, to remain endlessly curious, and to pursue creativity without boundaries.

Tasting Notes

Aroma
• Aromas of ripe blackberries, plum and dark cherries mingle with subtle violet, spice and cocoa.

Palate
• The palate is rich and generous, with layers of dark fruit, supple tannins and refreshing acidity.
• Hints of black pepper and dark chocolate add complexity, leading to a long, elegant finish with fine
mineral freshness.
