It began with a few days cycling, when our proprietors fell in love with the elegant reds of the Right Bank. As they recounted their journey to me, I realised we shared the same affection for those expressive, soulful blends. That Christmas, I set out to surprise them—with a bottle of our very own Right Bank-inspired creation.
