Aroma
• Delicate salmon pink with aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and subtle fynbos herbs

Palate
• Dry and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, fine texture and flavours of ripe red berries, citrus and a
gentle savoury spice. Elegant, mineral and beautifully balanced, with a long, crisp finish.
