My love affair with Sauvignon blanc began during my travels abroad and my studies in France. Winemaking logic gets stretched, tested, and ultimately outwitted by nature herself. With a confident kiss of oak, this Sauvignon is proof that the sexiest white wine on the planet can still surprise you.

Tasting Notes

Aroma
• Elegant and layered, with aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, pacific fruit, green figs and black
currant leaf.
• Complemented by gentle oak spice and a hints of crème caramel.

Palate
• The palate is textured and beautifully balanced, combining fresh acidity with a creamy richness and
savoury complexity, finishing long, fresh and refined.
